Compensation Plan: 

Our sales professionals are offered a package that consists of a base salary and an aggressive commission plan.  Our consultants have the opportunity to build their book of business with OrangeSoda.  Our leads come warmed, we do not rotate or shuffle accounts, and our commissions are uncapped.  Consultants also have the opportunity to earn full-time status with complete benefits

Skills/Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

This position offers candidates the opportunity to join a fun and energetic sales environment where you can channel your initiative, originality and competitive spirit to make an impact on your clients while allowing you financial independence.    

  • 1+ years B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success. 
  • Previous SEM or advertising sales experience is a plus, as well as an understanding of current online marketing approaches
  • Experience making outbound calls to small and medium sized businesses also preferred.
  • Ability to execute daily call cycle management utilizing a wide variety of techniques, from traditional advertising sales approaches to highly technical approaches.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including listening orientation skills.
  • Highly motivated, results driven leader.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, influence others and apply practical learning.
  • Work Hard-Play Hard Mentality

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be consulting with local business owners and decision makers at small and medium sized businesses. You will be prospecting and closing sales via phone, webinars, local events and more.

  •         Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis via lead generation
  •         Indentify clients’ needs and develop effective sales strategies via phone
  •         Post sales close, work with Account Manager to ensure promised value is delivered to the client, and potential for up-sell in realized
  •         Contribute leadership through your experience and work ethic
