Description:
One of New York’s leading owners of residential and retail property is looking for a bright and energetic Executive Assistant to support its President and CEO. The assistant will be working on and seeing through all business and personal affairs including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling meetings and travel, organizing internal events and off site meetings, assisting with various corporate events and logistics, and maintaining client databases, etc. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that fosters professional growth.

Skills/Requirements

Responsibilities:
• 5-7 years of Executive Assistant experience, supporting senior level executives.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
• Exceptional communication skills
