Job Description

Timmons Group is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to design and implement applications on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 platform. The person must have experience in developing custom web parts and integrating enterprise content with SharePoint to include content indexing, personalization, workflow, content management, and user access management and restricting access to content. Knowledge of .NET and Web Services is also required. This person must also have application design, development, implementation, and project management skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technology platform (.NET) and deployment of both large and small scale IT solutions.

Necessary Skills:

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2007
Experience with MOSS 2007
Professional standards-based web development using ASP.Net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
.NET based language (C#, VB.Net)
Good working knowledge of SQL 2008 and SQL Reporting Services
Experience using Visual Studio or related IDE
Experience with a variety of Content Management Systems
Experience with ESRI (GIS) software a plus
Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications

Skills/Requirements

Bachelors or Associate degree in IT discipline. 5+ years in software development desired. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

· Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years developing complex workflow with Windows Workflow Foundation using Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2007 or Visual Studio 2005 or Visual Studio 2008.

· Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years building customized forms using C#.NET.

· Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years developing collaboration solutions using MOSS 2007 or MOSS 2003 and related technologies such as web services and the .NET framework.

· Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years applying site branding using Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2007 and design technologies such as CSS and XML/XSLT.

· Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years design and develop MOSS 2007 webparts.

· Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years using MOSS 2007 API.

· Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years develop reports using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services 2005.

· 3 yrs experience in the last 5 yrs performing all of the following:

· Design databases with Microsoft SQL Server 2005

· Develop C#.NET applications using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or Microsoft Visual Studio 2008

· Design and develop Web Services and User Controls
