It’s a great time to join TMP – we’re seeking a Project Manager for our Account Services department.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing our client project base to ensure appropriate resources are assigned, and all projects are successfully delivered. This position reports to the Regional Vice President.
· Bringing structure, consistency and organization to multi-faceted projects
· Supporting the Account Director to develop and execute strategic plans
· Assisting in managing client budgets
· Generating all client reports and reporting any trends
· Acting as a liaison with clients on a tactical level to gather assets for projects, gain approvals, etc.
· Preparing written documentation to deliver to team members and clients when necessary, including timelines, meeting agendas, conference reports, etc.
· Working with internal resources to assign tasks, follow up on deadlines, etc.
· Using Microsoft Office and Beacon to manage projects and timelines
