Job Description

Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare is hiring BCBAs for multiple new Behavior Analyst positions at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, Oklahoma.

The Robert M. Greer Center is a specialized intermediate care facility which provides short-term residential treatment to adults who have intellectual disabilities and behavioral support needs.

The Greer Center endeavors to help each person build lifelong skills which will enable them to sustain good health, well-being, and independence in the community.

As a Behavior Analyst with Liberty Healthcare at the Greer Center, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing behavior modification intervention services to a caseload of adult clients
  • Conducting assessments
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring the efficacy of behavioral plans
  • Staff training
  • Participating in multi-disciplinary team meetings
  • Responding to individual client needs
  • Serving as a member of the program's management team

As a full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare in this role, you can expect:

  • Starting salary between $80,000 and $110,000 (depending on qualifications)
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus

Skills/Requirements

You are a good fit for this position if you are Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA or BCBA-D and have experience designing and implementing behavior plans for people who have intellectual disabilities.
