Liberty is now accepting applications for a full-time “Human Services Treatment Specialist” position at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK. The Robert M. Greer Center is a 52-bed, specialized facility which serves people who have mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities. The “Greer Center” operates under the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and is managed by Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation. The responsibilities of the Human Services Treatment Specialist 1 position involve providing case management and a wide array of supportive services to Greer Center clients. This includes working directly with clients individually and in groups, providing basic nursing care to clients, assisting clients with their daily living activities and therapeutic programs. Human Services Treatment Specialists are essential members of the Greer Center’s interdisciplinary team and are responsible for the following: Conducting standardized assessments necessary to accurately identify individual’s needs
New employees hired into Human Services Treatment Specialist positions at the Greer Center receive paid training in basic nursing care and are required to obtain and maintain certification as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) and as CMA.
