JRC is searching for a Requirement Risk Manager to join our amazing team supporting the MDA. In this role, you will support Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. Systems engineering tasking includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation.
As the Rqueirement Risk Manager, you will...
- Assist with engineering risk management processes to identify, quantify, and characterize C2BMC risks. Represent MDA/BC position in risk management meetings and activities.
- Maintain familiarity with agency failure review processes and support emergent test and operational issue investigation/resolution such as FRBs (process, coordination and technical assessments).
- Provide systems engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements. Provide integrated technical risk assessments for flight test, technical, variance, cyber, and programmatic risks to inform C2BMC participation/performance requirements for flight test, ETRs, OCB, or Technical Capability Declaration (TCD) decisions.
- Develop and update systems engineering plans, processes, and procedures for C2BMC multi-spiral applications. Maintain and update the MDA/BC Chief Engineer Weekly Status Report. Review and assess Prepare data and information for documents including risk management plans and internal /external ICD management plans.
