As the Senior Project Manager - Circuit Design, you will...
Assess schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and pursue alternative courses of action.
Plan, research, analyze and assess development, production, and deployment of circuit design tools and associated equipment.
Develop plans and recommend innovative and effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
Manage multi-million dollar government contracts
Plan, schedule and facilitate a variety of exchanges and meetings with the stakeholders to understand program requirements and emerging commercial technologies which may address capability gaps.
Formulate, recommend, and draft the proper execution strategy and documentation in a timely and effective manner.
Support all program reviews, develop supporting documentation, and support the Government in development and review of draft Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and RFP documents.
Support and develop reports, including statutory and regulatory reports ; support program management reviews, senior level meeting/reviews; support and develop various briefings/schedules of program status and acquisition tasks to senior management
What you bring to the table...
A bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field of study
10+ years career related experience to include:
Electronic Design Automation to design microelectronic circuits
Experience managing a project with multiple key stakeholders (government customers and subcontractors)
Experience managing government contracts
Eligibility to secure and maintain an active DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
An ability to travel up 25% per year
Bonus Points for...
A bachelor's degree in computer engineering or electrical engineering is preferred

An active security clearance at the SECRET level or above (or have held an active clearance within the past 2 years)
