As the Program Analyst, you will...
Perform feasibility analyses of Government or other vendor identified engineering approaches, solutions, or designs.
Develop and document reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses or requirements.
Perform functional analyses or functional flows; document systems baselines; and perform system performance interface and interoperability analyses.
Perform tests and analyses to verify that the system, subsystem, or component meets the functional, allocated, or product baseline or satisfies other requirements documentation.
What you bring to the table...
Five (5) years general experience which includes four (4) years specialized experience in
Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives
Developing life cycle cost analyses of projects or performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs
Analyzing information to develop program reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology
Analyzing new or proposed legislation, regulations, or requirements to determine impact on program operations, engineering design, or security; developing management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology; analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in mission or operating procedures.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience related to weapons systems and/or Navy programs.
