As the Program Analyst, you will...

  • Perform feasibility analyses of Government or other vendor identified engineering approaches, solutions, or designs.
  • Develop and document reliability, availability, and maintainability analyses or requirements.
  • Perform functional analyses or functional flows; document systems baselines; and perform system performance interface and interoperability analyses.
  • Perform tests and analyses to verify that the system, subsystem, or component meets the functional, allocated, or product baseline or satisfies other requirements documentation.

What you bring to the table...

  •  Five (5) years general experience which includes four (4) years specialized experience in 
    •  Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals, requirements, and objectives
    • Developing life cycle cost analyses of projects or performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs
    • Analyzing information to develop program reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology
    • Analyzing new or proposed legislation, regulations, or requirements to determine impact on program operations, engineering design, or security; developing management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures, and methodology; analyzing and evaluating proposed changes in mission or operating procedures.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 
  • Experience related to weapons systems and/or Navy programs.

Bonus Points for...

  •  Experience working with Hypersonic Weapons
  •  Possessing a current SECRET Clearance
