We are seeking candidates for a Maintenance Technician to support our residential property in Bradford, MA. You will join a team responsible for performing in-unit repairs and preventative maintenance, completion of work orders, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, and general building and exterior maintenance. The work hours are 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of general apartment repair and some experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service philosophy. Computer skills and knowledge of Yardi maintenance system would be a plus. This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required.
