· Office 365 tenant experience: Setup, migrations and maintenance
· Microsoft: Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Office products
· Firewall experience: Cisco ASA and Fortinet Fortigate
· Wireless experience: General wireless knowledge
· General Business:
· Understanding of general business issues including external factors that impact the business and industry.
