The Maintenance Technician will be based at 2 properties in Hartford, CT.  Occasional travel to properties in Brookfield and Suffield as needed.  Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and grounds keeping.  The work hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC.  Must have excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service philosophy.  Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.  Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
