Maloney Properties, Inc. is seeking candidates for a full-time Maintenance Technician in the South End area of Boston. This role will join a team of maintenance professionals who handled work orders, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, building system maintenance, snow removal, and on-call duties for a portfolio consisting of 435 scattered units.

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Must have excellent communication skills and have a strong customer service philosophy. Previous apartment maintenance experience is required. Smart phone technology and communication is preferred. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. A valid Driver’s License with your own vehicle and the ability to participate in emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal are also required. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
