The Property Manager will oversee Tenney Place which consists of 144 units of family housing in Haverhill, MA. Responsibilities include staff leadership, budgeting, rent collections, leasing and marketing, re-certifications, program compliance, oversight of maintenance programs, and client and regulatory agency reporting.

Knowledge of the LIHTC program is required. C3P or equivalent is a plus. Skill set must also include excellent organizational and time management skills, great customer service and written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Experience with Yardi is a plus.
