Holyoke Farms located in the Holyoke, MA is seeking candidates for full-time Access Coordinator role. You will be facilitating access for the General Contractor, subcontractors and other personnel into residential units during the renovations of the buildings; conducting regular information sessions with residents to ensure residents are aware of requirements during construction; help pack/lift and move boxes and resident belongings within a unit; and ensure that the units are clean and neat for residents in the afternoon.
Skills/Requirements
Previous access coordination or relocation experience is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Excellent customer service, communication, attention to details and follow-through skills are required. Must live within 15 miles of Holyoke Farms. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
