The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee Bixby Road Apartments, a 42 unit family housing property in Spencer, MA. This portfolio is expected to add additional locations in the future. Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include coordination of building and maintenance systems, overseeing work orders and preventive maintenance programs, staff supervision, and scheduling contractors and vendors.

Experience with general maintenance to include painting, janitorial, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC are required. Excellent communication and customer services skills are required. Knowledge of Yardi is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Ability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation schedule for the Spencer site and additional properties in Worcester, MA is required. Must be available for snow removal.
