Kiawah Partners has an immediate opening for a Housekeeping Supervisor. This position will supervise a team of 7 housekeepers at the River Course, Beach Club, Cassique, and Marsh House. Responsibilities include training housekeeping staff, inspecting behind housekeepers to ensure consistency and completion of tasks, distributing supplies to housekeepers and maintaining effective communication while assigning duties, reporting to manager any maintenance, staff, or facility issues.  

The schedule for this position is 10pm to 8:00 a.m. Weekends are required on a rotational basis.

To be considered for this position, you must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and your own, reliable transportation. The ability to effectively communicate with others is required.  You must be able to lift and carry at least 60 lbs. This position involves duties requiring regular lifting, walking, bending and carrying. As least two years of previous housekeeping experience is required.
