Maloney Properties is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to provide support to our Management Operations team at our corporate office in Wellesley, MA. Responsibilities include resident/client relations; scheduling meetings; preparing correspondence; conducting research; preparing budget reports; reviewing contracts; preparing rent increase packages and Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans and serving as a liaison to site management staff.
Skills/Requirements
The ideal candidate will have property management experience and will possess excellent writing, customer service, and technical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required for necessary travel.
