Maloney Properties is looking for a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee the maintenance of 265 units of scattered affordable family housing in Pawtucket and Central Falls, RI. The work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will have experience with building and maintenance systems, overseeing work orders, preventive maintenance programs, staff supervision, and scheduling contractors and vendors.

| Skills/Requirements | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Experience with general maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC is required. Familiarity with HUD REAC protocols is also required. A valid Driver’s
License with access to a vehicle is required for on call rotation and traveling
between properties. Ability to participate in emergency calls and snow removal is a must. Knowledge of Yardi and Excel is preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a
plus.
