Summary: Central Research, Inc. (CRI) is searching for a Human Resources Manager to join the team in Lowell, AR. The position will provide support primarily for the Lowell, AR location. The HR Manager is responsible for providing best-in-class services to the employees across the organization. The best candidate will have experience working with the Service Contract Act (SCA), OFCCP and government contracting; will have the ability to influence leadership through transparency and good communication; will have a passion for training and development of leaders and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
