Job Description

Kiawah Development Partners is searching for an Executive Sales Administrator to support a team of sales professionals at one of our real estate sales offices on Kiawah Island. This position's duties will include: preparing and tracking both contracts and listings, managing our property management database system, producing database reports, ensuring the plat drawer and covenants updated, ensuring all property brochures are up to date and stocked, producing and managing special mailings, answering phone and dealing with client questions; proofreading all correspondence; filing and organizing the office; coordinating appointments for inspections,appraisals etc. and participating in other projects.





Skills/Requirements

Requirements for the position include: at least 5 years of administrative experience, previous experience as a Sales Administrator, excellent organizational skills, professional phone manner; and effective written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and prior experience with real estate listings and closings. Previous paralegal experience (particularly that which includes real estate contracts) is highly desireable. Love of the sea islands, and a bone-deep appreciation for the natural beauty and grace of Kiawah is essential for success.
