Fenno House, an Assisted Living elderly housing building located in Quincy, MA is seeking a Live-In Responder to act as an emergency back up to Assisted living staff Monday to Friday 11:00pm to 7:00am and 24-hour availability Saturday and Sunday is required.   Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, responding promptly to emergency Calls during coverage hours, calling for aid (911) as situation warrants, having a great ability to deal with residents and co-workers, checking all exterior doors for latched security each night, light snow removal and salt application as needed. (This is not a full time position)

The ideal candidate must be reliable, responsible and able to respond to resident urgent needs in a calm, rational manner, have strong attention to details, is able to work independently as well as effectively with a team and have effective communication skills with elders with sensory and psychological deficits. Bilingual in Chinese is a plus. CNA/ HHA certifications are required.
