Advatech Pacific Inc. is an established Aerospace & Defense Engineering firm supporting our customers with engineering, design and analysis services.  We  have a opening for a Mechanical Engineer with  5 plus years experience to support Designers and Engineers in their daily work activities.  The position requires a good working knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and demonstrated (hands on) mechanical experience. This position with be located in the Los Angeles area.

Minimum qualification, roles and responsibilities are as follows;

• A solid understanding of mechanical component modeling, drafting and design.
• Hands on experience working with mechanical components, valves, engines etc. is preferred.
• Demonstrated modeling experience of mechanical components is desired.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss drafting and design details.
• Ability to take direction and interact with other employee's.
• Testing experience is highly desireable.

Education

• Requires a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
