Job Description

The Pastoral Care & Education department of St. John's Episcopal Hospital has a vacancy for a CPE Registrar/Coordinator.

This position reports to the Director of Pastoral Care & Education.

Job Summary:

Provides efficient administrative functions in the coordination of the services and the maintenance of the department. Also serves as computer system training assistant for CPE Residents/Interns. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist the Director in coordinating the administrative aspects of the Clinical Pastoral Education Training Program
  • Manages the on-boarding of CPE/T Residents and Interns to the program in coordination with Human Resources (HR) and Employee Health Services (EHS)
  • Participates in Clinical Rounds and contributes perspectives on trainee's performance in handling administrative and policy matters;
  • Prepares notes and circulate agendas to all participants
  • Serves as a liaison between the CPE/T program Director and the members of the Pastoral Care Consultation Committee (PCC) and other hospital departments
  • Responsible for ordering supplies, videos, books and other related materials for the CPE/T
  •  




Skills/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent Administrative Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, KRONOS TimeKeeper
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of CPE Administration and experience with the Accreditation process is a plus....
