Job Description

Position Title: Business Applications Administrator
Department: Information Technology

Position Summary:
The IT Business Applications Administrator is responsible to support, maintain, and enhance business software systems utilized within the business.  This includes fielding escalated issues from users, documenting system procedures, coordinating releases, and facilitating 3rd party vendor integrations.   This person would also be involved as the subject matter expert in any projects that require changes in the system.  Configuration changes needed to support the project goals would be executed and tested by this person, as well.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Feasibility Research and Configuration Changes
  • Vendor Management
  • Project Subject Matter Expert and Analyst
  • Tier 2 Troubleshooting and Application Support
  • Audit Reporting
  • Other Duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing software systems
  • Business Analysis and/or experience leading projects
  • Experience with software configuration and troubleshooting
  • Prior experience working to support Banking applications is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or other finance-related field
