PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Under limited supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative works to service customer needs concerning availability and shipment information. JOB QUALIFICATION PROFILE Minimum educational requirements being a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED). Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field being preferred. Proven competency in the use and administration of computer based inventory and shipping systems. Analytical aptitudes and the ability to assess business needs and implement appropriate recourse. Developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conduct formal presentations to groups of diverse backgrounds and authority levels. 3 - 5 Years of Customer Service Expierence Possess strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with Outlook and Excel |
