ASU Enterprise Partners Shared Services
Enterprise Partners Shared Services comprises teams of investment and finance, law, information systems, human resources and communication experts who provide centralized guidance and support to each entity that makes up ASU Enterprise Partners: the ASU Foundation, University Realty LLC, ASU Research Enterprises, Arizona Technology Enterprises and Research Collaboratory at ASU.
Role summary:
The ASUF Communications and Marketing (C&M) department supports efforts to engage ASU donors, potential donors and other stakeholders in ASU's vision. The communications and marketing department advances the work of our foundation colleagues by providing strategic marketing advice, implementing dynamic communications strategies, effectively coordinating and staffing events, and producing quality collateral across print and online media in support of cultivation, fund-raising and stewardship activities.
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Video Producer, the student video production assistant supports the on-time delivery of video projects, including production and post-production tasks, as well as other duties as needed.
What You'll Do:
• Serve as a video production assistant on shoots, including setup, second unit camera work, still photography and audio recording as needed
• Independently shoot video and photo content on campus
• Edit video, audio, and animation using Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Download, copy, and log all audio and video files from each shoot
• Prepare graphic files for After Effects Animations
• Maintain media asset system
• Research images, audio, and art/graphics for IMPACT magazine and social media
• Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs
