Advatech Pacific is an established Aerospace & Defense Engineering firm supporting our customers with engineering, modeling and simulation, research and development, design and analysis services. Currently we have a Manufacturing Engineer position open in Naples, Florida.  

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This Manufacturing position will require a minimum of 2 years Manufacturing experience.

Primary Qualifications include:

•  A minimum of 2 years Manufacturing experience with strong analytical skills.
• A good working knowledge of lean manufacturing, product planning and routing.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes for Fuel Tanks, Fuel/Hydraulic Actuators and Aircraft Systems is highly desired.
• Must have attention to detail and understand the need for accuracy, timeliness and quality in assigned work tasks.
• Other desired skills are knowledge of CAD Software, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies. 
• Knowledge of various Manufacturing Software and Tracking tools such as Solumina.
• Extensive use of MS Office tools and strong written skills a must. 

Education

Requires a B.S. in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.
