Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Under limited supervision of the Regional Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative, works to service customer needs concerning availability and shipment information.  The Customer Service Representative will coordinate inventory control plans to satisfy customer requirements.  .

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Respond to customer inquiries.
2. Enter customer orders into the SAP System.
3. Schedule and release orders 
4. Oversee workloads along with Customer Service Representatives to insure proper and accurate order entry.
5. Advise management of potential delivery problems.
6. Investigate billing, invoicing, credits, and other customer concerns to resolve conflict in a timely manner.
7. Prepare routine reports and special projects as requested
8. Assist with maintain backlog, pricing audit and negative inventories.
9. Support and reinforce all Company Policies, practices, procedures and protocol. 
10. Performs additional duties as directed by Regional Branch Manager 





Skills/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATION PROFILE

Minimum educational requirements being a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).  Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field being preferred. 

Proven competency in the use and administration of computer based inventory and shipping systems.

Analytical aptitudes and the ability to assess business needs and implement appropriate recourse.

Developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conduct formal presentations to groups of diverse backgrounds and authority levels.

3 - 5 Years of Customer Service Expierence 

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Expierence with Outlook and Excel
