Athens Technical College in Athens, Georgia seeks an Adjunct Instructor to teach courses in Automotive Collision Repair. The Adjunct Instructor reports to the Automotive Collision Repair Program Chair and is responsible for daily operations, registration, advising, recruitment, retention, job placement, evaluation of student learning outcomes, maintaining records, maintaining safety equipment and procedures and inventory. The successful applicant will be expected to implement course materials that support stated initiatives and use appropriate techniques to provide students with the knowledge needed to achieve the learning outcomes for each Automotive Collision Repair course offered. Skills/Requirements | ||||||||||||||||||||
Minimum Qualifications Diploma in automotive collision repair or related discipline from an accredited private or public post-secondary institution with at least two (2) years field experience within the last ten (10) years Preferred Qualifications Two (2) years prior teaching experience at the post-secondary level; I-CAR training and/ or ASE Automotive Collision Repair Certification To apply, click "Apply to This Job" and submit your cover letter, resume/vita, three (3) professional references, and unofficial transcripts.
