The Kiawah Island Club has an immediate opening for an experienced Butcher/Meat Cutter and Fabrication Specialist for Voysey’s restaurant at Cassique. Featuring a scratch menu inspired by Consulting Chef Tom Colicchio of Manhattan’s famous Gramercy Tavern and Craft eateries, Voysey’s innovative farm-to-table approach emphasizes regionally sourced, seasonably available fruits and vegetables that support local farmers and their families!

All butchering and fish fabrication is handled in-house with a separate charcuterie station! The Kiawah Island Club offers outstanding benefits, highly competitive compensation, and ample opportunities to learn and hone your craft in a sparkling clean, no-expense-spared kitchen!

Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years’ experience in meat butchering and fish fabrication, strong finely-tuned knife skills, creative flair, and pride in a job well-done. 

To be considered for this position, you must have a positive, outgoing personality, and a professional image. You must be able to communicate effectively in English. The ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license is required. Previous customer service and food and beverage experience is preferred, but not required.
