Responsible for accurate and timely processing of loan related post-closing items

Completes routine and miscellaneous maintenance transactions as appropriate

Manages all loan transactions including payments, advances and payoffs

Processes mortgage warehouse lines to include advances and payoffs
-
Monitors and processes construction draws, advances and payments
-
Works directly with escrow accounts to handle all transactional items such as payments and annual escrow analysis

Processes and reconciles department general ledger accounts.

Completes credit verifications and responds to credit disputes
-
Completes daily “check-back” and administers the necessary corrections to resolve exceptions

Communicates directly with both internal and external customers, also works routinely with senior lenders and upper management

Provides back-up to other department functions as needed

Provides top quality service to both internal and external customers meeting service level agreements

Performs other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma
-
1-3 years Banking or Financial Industry experience
Computer and Software Skills:

General knowledge and skills with Microsoft excel, Word and Google Mail
