We are recruting for an Administrative Assistant for our Social Services Department- TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT
The Adminstrative Assistant provides support to the department leadership to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Social Services department. The Admin Assistant will perform routine and special secretarial duties as directed by the Director.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintains inventory of office supplies, initiates purchase requisitions and stationery order requests, follows-up on all orders with Purchasing,.

Time keeper for office personnel.

Strong verbal and social skills to facilitate working respectfully with leadership, visitors and co-workers.

Excellent oral and written communication. Knowledge of , and compliance with HIPAA privacy requirements,
-
Prepares all confidential correspondence for the Director and maintains departmental records.

Prepares departmental reports by gathering and compiling data and statistics, including daily ALC list and Bed Hold documentation
-
Minimum of 2 years of clerical and secretarial experience.

Associate Degree required, Bachelors preferred

Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft office.

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Ability to demonstrate a high degree of independent access to confidential patient and organization information and must be able to handle such information appropriately.

Ability to plan, prioritize and organize.
