Under the direction of the Marketing Director manages all print shop services for the resort, including ordering supplies, printing orders, billing orders, and maintaining equipment.
Position Functions / Areas of Responsibility

Coordinates, plans, and schedules all printing operations at Snowbird.

Reviews job orders to determine quantities to be printed, paper specifications,colors, and special printing instructions.

Operate digital printers and execute necessary adjustments and minor maintenance.

Read and interpret instructions for each job ticket and directs set up based on instructions

Cut material to specified dimensions, fitting and gluing material to binder boards by hand or machine.

Moves material and supplies to and from various work areas.

Must have a high degree of organizational skills and strong ability to manage multiple projects.

Ensures the highest level of quality and product/services.

Maintains working space in neat and orderly manner to ensure a professional atmosphere.

Ensure all equipment, tools and work stations are in good working order and free of safety hazards.

Helps with additional marketing projects when needed.

Maintains professionalism amidst challenging situations and last-minute changes.

Attention to detail and confidentiality is essential.

Professionally responds to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

Some administrative duties exist including billing and ordering, as well as other duties as assigned.

Specific Requirements

12-18 months related work experience with demonstrated competence.

Requires prior printing experience, previous digital press experience a big plus.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills and Knowledge

Must be able to prioritize and coordinate several projects at once.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and Microsoft Office necessary.

Must be have knowledge of printers, copiers, folders, cutters and various bindery equipment.

Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task daily, and willingness to learn quickly.

Exercise judgment in accordance with company and divisional policies and procedures.

Requires the ability to communicate verbally and/or in writing in a proficient manner.

Must be able to follow instructions within a structured environment.

Requires a demonstrated basic competency in reading, writing, speaking, and interpersonal relations.

Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and have general typing skills.

Must be able to operate office equipment such a copy machine, fax machine, and telephone.
Working Hours

General office hours 9:00am- 5:00pm and occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
Working Conditions

General office environment with limited physical activity.

May experience some stress from frequent interruptions and deadlines.

Must demonstrate ability to bend, kneel, handle, reach, grasp and perform repetitive motions.

Must be prepared to stay overnight if necessary on occasional times of road closures.

Travel: Minimal, may occasionally commute between the Millrock Office and Snowbird Resort.

Must be able to lift 25-60 lbs.
