Responsible for providing enrollment assistance to retirement plan participants and education to existing and future retirement plan participants to enhance plan participant knowledge, expand current plan enrollment and participation, increase participation and enrollment levels and retain current participation base. Responsible for contacting terminated plan participants to retain and increase plan assets in the form of IRA rollovers.
Skills/Requirements
Travel to various locations throughout the assigned market to conduct retirement plan education and enrollment meetings and to provide one-on-one counseling and guidance sessions with participants and non-participants
Increase retirement plan participation by organizing and conducting retirement plan enrollment meetings at various locations with hands-on presentations of plan specifics, the enrollment process and required enrollment paperwork
Increase retirement plan participation by organizing and conducting education meetings at client locations to enhance participant and non-participant knowledge and understanding of retirement plan options and to sell non-participants on the advantages of utilizing the retirement plan options
Travel to various locations as needed to provide one-on-one counseling, guidance and assistance to clients and associates in selecting the most appropriate options to meet their needs
Increase IRA participation by contacting terminated plan participants to assist in rollover option services
Proactively increase plan participation to achieve new enrollment and participation goals by generating leads, seeking referrals and participating in sales calls to secure new 401(k) plans for the bank
Cross-sell bank products and services during meetings and calls
Initiate and coordinate meetings at various locations by interacting with internal and external management and assistants for current and future retirement plan participants.
Create, edit, review and coordinate the preparation and distribution of plan reviews, marketing materials and documentation
Prepare various confidential proposals, presentations and reports utilizing various software programs to collect information, compile data, verify accuracy of and distribute appropriately
Communicate with Wealth Products Group regarding client issues, new services and other opportunities to expand the existing client base
Process incoming and outgoing communication in a professional and courteous manner
Attend training and educational opportunities to stay up-to-date on laws and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training
Strong background in finance or economics
Sales experience preferred
Computer and Software Skills:
Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel
