Job Description

Kiawah Island Real Estate is seeking a Construction Concierge to join their team! This position will report to the Assistant Broker-in-Charge and will provide customer service and direction to new owners from start to finish through the construction of their new home.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee and direct Kiawah Partners construction from conception to completion
Manage and meet all aspects of compliance with ARB, KICA and Town of Kiawah
Manage and meet contractual conditions of performance
Review work progress on a weekly basis and prepare status reports for the owner
Ensure contractual conditions of performance are met including cost projections
Ensure quality construction standards are adhered to as per building codes
Prepare internal progress reports and communicate accordingly
Where possible predict problems and plan solutions accordingly

 





Skills/Requirements

Requirements:

Proven work experience in construction management (ideally on Kiawah)
Advance knowledge of constructions processes and of Kiawah’s ARB process
Expert knowledge of building products/manufactures
In depth knowledge of rules, regulations/codes and quality standards
Ability to problem solve, manage conflict and crisis management
Familiar with construction management software packages
Excellent time and project management skills
