Advatech is an established Aerospace & Defense Engineering firm supporting our customers with engineering, modeling, design and analysis services. Currently we have a opening for a Project Engineer with aircraft pneumatic and fluid systems experience.   

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position will focus on Liaison and Project Engineering activities.

 Primary Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Customer as required.(Project Management experience is preferred)
• Engineering, Design and Modeling of aircraft mechanical, pneumatic and fluid systems.

Primary Qualifications include:

•  A minimum of 5 years Aerospace experience with strong analytical skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Software Systems. Solumina if the preferred software.
• Must be a self starter and understand the need for accuracy, timeliness and quality in assigned work tasks.
• Knowledge of modeling in Catia or NX is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of GD&T is a plus.

Education

Requires a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field.
