Reports To:                Director of Vendor Services

Location:                    Burlington, MA

Shift: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

Job Summary:

In this role you will be helping in many parts of the lease process including, application entry, price quotations, generating lease documentation, securing lease documentations and product training. The primary goal of this role is to maximize and drive originations by providing the highest level of service and support to our vendors, applicants and internal Sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take high-volume inbound calls from vendors and applicants related to both sales and service
  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on lease transactions
  • Respond to inbound email requests and questions in a timely manner
  • Provide backup support to Sales reps in all aspects of the selling process
  • Close lease transactions for select vendors and applicants that come to TimePayment directly
  • Follow-up with the appropriate parties during every phase of the lease application process to ensure all transactions close
  • Evaluate the vendors needs during every call to ensure they understand the process, programs and products:

    * Provide phone trainings to the vendors as needed

    * Collaborate with Sales reps to determine best programs/training for our vendors

  • Work as a liaison between Vendors, Sales reps, Credit and Lease Processing teams
  • Ensure all processing turn times are being met and our vendors are receiving the highest level of service

 

Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or applicable relevant experience
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Service or Sales environment. Sales experience preferred
  • Engaging and customer friendly with desire to help
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high-level of service and professionalism
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to think outside of the box and problem solve effectively
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • MS Office skills
  • Proficient in speaking both English/Spanish preferred
