Job Summary The Recruiting Manager will develop, implement and drive recruiting solutions for the organization. This role will have accountability for overseeing the recruiting strategy and managing the processes, procedures, programs and activities that comprise the recruiting function. This role will also oversee the data integrity/maintenance in the applicant tracking system, as well as spearhead all recruiting related projects. The right candidate is highly motivated, tenacious and organized, with strong analytical and strategic skills, and with strength in driving towards attaining expected recruiting metrics in order to deliver value to our organization.
This role will be responsible for strategic/process management of a team and will need to forge strategic partnerships with Business Leaders to ensure recruiting drives business results.
