APTEAN is looking for a HR Executive (Recruiter) who will be responsible the overall hiring function in the organization. This individual will guide the hiring managers and candidates through the selection process; develop and maintain excellent relationships with all those involved in the process.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Design effective job descriptions based on a thorough understanding of the organization and its current hiring requirements

Develop strategies to source candidates using tools such as internal database, search engines (Job Portals), technical forums, blogs, job postings, referrals and head hunting
3
Source, screen and interview candidates based on the requirements and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager
4
Coordinate interviews and follow up with interviewers to ensure feedback is updated on the internal hiring system
5
Follow up and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the interview process
6
Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates through the effective management of relationships with employees, candidates and external sources of recruitment
7
Project organization and the requirement to attract suitable candidates
8
Partner with hiring managers to facilitate identification of strong candidates
9
Identify issues in the hiring process and provide solutions to resolve them
10
Conduct surveys to assess interviewing and on boarding experience
11
Ensure up-to-date information and hiring metrics are available on the internal hiring systems
12
Willing and able to use recruiting software for all recruiting activities
13
Prepare offer letters and conduct reference checks for selected candidates
14
Follow up with candidates post offer acceptance and raise flags if any and prepare for contingencies
15
Network with HR professionals and keep abreast with industry trends, especially related to hiring
16
Undertake any other assignments for which the company’s management may request your participation from time to time
Job Requirements
Minimum Education: B.E/B.Tech/MS/MBA from an accredited university or college
Minimum Experience and Skills:
3 years of experience in the recruitment function
Must have demonstrated ability in hiring across all levels in an IT organization/equivalent
Must have sound knowledge and understanding of HR concepts and HR best practices
Able to cultivate interpersonal/Customer/Partner relationships
Work as a team player
Demonstrate a high level of ethics and integrity
Meticulous, detail oriented, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines
Excellent communication skills
