St. John's Episcopal  Hospital is recruiting for a Clinical Coordinator for our Wellness and Recovery Center. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Wellness and Recovery Center. Will also provide on-call emergency coverage, and will maintain a half time caseload of individual of individuals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversight of day to day clinical srvices at WRC 
• Manages 5 Clinical Social Workers, 2 Front Office Staff  & 1Security Officer
• Leads Clinical team meetings and case assignments
• Processes payroll for staff
• Completes QA activities including chart reviews monthly and reports results for PI
• Monitors productivity and ensures for maximum productivity
• Participates in team that develops and monitors Athena Workflow including the quality of documentation.
• Provides on-call emergency coverage as per schedule

Current NYS Social Worker License  and Masters Degree in Social Work required

Minumum 6 years post Master's experience in clinical setting, with at least 3 years supervisory experience preferred

Crisis Intervention experience 

Experience with EMR

Strong Microsoft Skills / Excel, Word, etc.
