Job Summary:

In this newly created role, you will be managing and developing a team of 8-12 Acquisition Specialists whose primary responsibility is to successfully influence prospective vendors to partner with TimePayment. You will also work closely with Marketing to ensure proper facilitation of lead distribution, management, and reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:          

  • Bridge the gap between Sales and Marketing for the lead generation process, ensuring proper coverage and timely execution of company initiatives.
    • Work with Marketing to strategize and align campaign plans with sales capacity and structure
    • Manage the assignment of leads/accounts to Acquisition Specialists based on capacity, skillset and opportunity
    • Monitor the effectiveness of lead efforts and communicate through regular reporting efforts
    • Define and continuously enhance lead scoring methodologies
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Training and Operations to document and ensure adherence to policies, procedures and processes.
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the Sales, Marketing and Operations team.
  • Set up a career path program with Sales Management team to have entry-level Acquisition Specialists advance to a more mid-level Account Management role
  • Monitor calls and emails to ensure quality and consistence messaging. Rate the rep’s product knowledge, sales and service ability, and overall call etiquette.
  • Track competitive trend feedback and make recommendations to Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve inefficiencies and identify opportunities for growth.Required

 

Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years prior experience in Sale management role 
  • Department Startup experience preferred
  • MS Office skills with advanced MS Excel
  • Salesforce.com experience required
  • Exceptional problem solving and organizational
  • Experience in procedure development, process improvement and/or developing quality assurance programs
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
