Under the direction of The Cliff General Manager, assists General Manager and Lodging Director in all administrative duties.
Position Functions / Areas of Responsibility

Coordinates and updates schedules of General Manager and Lodging Director.

Maintains a high degree of flexibility to assist with a variety of special projects.

Organizing, filing, keeps track of AFEs, and expenses.

Corresponds with management on an individual basis to resolve problems and concerns.

Communicates with vendors and contractors on managements behalf.

Prepares agendas and minutes for all meetings.
-
Responsible for ordering all office supplies as well as amenities for hospitality functions.

Maintains informational needs for various Cliff departments.
-
Communicates with marketing to help to order needs for the Cliff.

Will need to be informed when General Manager or Director are out of office for any staff needs.

Must have the ability to interact at any time with guests and other employees in a pleasant manner and maintain good working relationships with others and all departments at Snowbird.
Education & Experience Requirements

College degree in related field preferred.

Additional related work experience may be substituted for education of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
Specific Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Position requires knowledge of hospitality based property management systems.

A high level of computer proficiency required including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.

Position requires a high degree of self-motivation.

Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.

Responsible for a wide range of duties that include purchasing, internal and external communications and internal marketing programs.
Work Schedule

Shifts vary, may be early morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levels.

Must be prepared to stay overnight if necessary on occasional times of road closures.

May experience unusual stress from high business volumes, deadlines, continual work with public, winter conditions, snow night requirements and commuting to/from Snowbird.
Working Conditions

General office environment with limited physical activity.

Work is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings. General office conditions prevail.

Work is subject to frequent interruptions making continuity and accuracy difficult, frequent exposure to noise.
