Job Summary :

Aptean is looking for an R&D Manager for one of our product suites. You will be responsible for leading multiple products and delivering world-class enterprise solutions If you have led product, people and processes, if your DNA is dominated by true technical depth, business acumen, if you have demonstrable experience with application development, Lean Startup principles, Scrum/Agile practices, and how to inspire a team along a change journey; if you know how to partner well and be a key member of a leadership team, then we've got your next career opportunity

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Minimum of 5+ years of WMS development experience with a record of taking on increasing technical and functional responsibilities
• Functional knowledge of distribution / warehousing management, operations and processes
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain technology solutions, deployments and strategies
• Functional knowledge of supply chain business processes and integration with warehouse management systems
• Experience building and supporting different integrations to Warehouse Management Systems is preferred
