The Territory Manager is responsible for ensuring sales targets and coordinating clinical support across a given territory with customers, EU marketing/sales and Training organizations. The position holders provides clinical training and guidance to Impella customers, ensuring effective support and proctoring for clinicians as we train and commercialze sites in Europe.

Overall responsibilities include:

• Introduce and instruct medical and technical professionals of cardiology and cardiac surgery centers in the professional use of our products
• Taking responsibility for managing directly a number of accounts in Germany
• Hospital telephone and on-site support of emergency applications within out on call service
• Participation in scientific conferences, congresses and trade fairs as well as German and European Sales Meetings
• Provide weekly sales forecast updates to management team
• Maintenance of account data for Germany

Your Profile:

• Professional clinical background in cardiovascular medical devices industry with several years of working experience and proven track record
• Preferably knowledge in the fields of interventional cardiology/or cardiac surgery/ intensive care
• Ideally completed specialized training in medicine/intensive care or anesthesia/intense care and/or professional training as a persusionist surgery intensive car and/or in cardiac perfusion
• Fluent in French and Business-Fluent in English and in local language
• Excellent Customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Readiness for flexible working hours and intensive travelling (about 50%)
