CS Analyst

Education:

  • B.S.  Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
  • Experience with MS Office (word, excel )
  • Experience working in any or all of these areas:  Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Cash and/or Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, GL Reporting.

Requirements:

  • Service and support orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, team player, excellent work ethic.
  • Understand functional processes, procedures & control standards for the Financial Areas of GL, AP & AR.
  • Analysis skills, ability to troubleshoot issues, analytical focus.
  • Excellent communication& follow through skills, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with Accounting Managers and accounting users to understand and address accounting ERP issues reported.
  • Technically proficient with Financial Systems.
  • Technical capability, ability to understand systems, and use tools & technology to advantage.
  • Attention to details – especially with respect to data integrity,
  • Able to work independently and proactively manage responsibilities to completion.
  • Maintain positive work relationships with members of team.

Nice to have:

  • Report writing experience/ Managerial reporting experience
  • Data modeling experience
  • Financial Ross ERP knowledge/ ERP system experience /
  • Experience implementing or supporting corporate application (ERP) systems, especially the financial subsystems
  • Previous customer service or implementation experience
  • Database (SQL Server, Oracle) SQL, & SSIS experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Customer issues received via phone & our ticketing system.
  • Provide Support for Axis ERP Customers, with primary focus on the Financial (Costing) Modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and data integrity issue, respond as necessary escalate when appropriate
  • Work with other team members in providing great customer support
  • Thoroughly document work in an organized manner.
  • Play an assisting role in large projects, for example system upgrades and testing for Development/QA.

Skills/Requirements

 

Technical Skills • 2-5 years of experience.

 

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (including Server to administrator level).

• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

• Understanding of IT architectures including relational databases and web

• Understanding of IIS and website administration

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong interpersonal, influencing and team working skills.

• Ability to work in a team, of technical and functional resources, working in multiple locations and regions.

• Willing to travel.

• Display strong work ethic and do whatever it takes to get the job done
