The Recruiting Co-ordinator is responsible for sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews of relevant candidates against allocated job requirement.  He/she will manage and report sourcing & screening activities on real time basis and will provide day-to-day support to our recruiting team.  This individual will assist in various projects and initiatives to support the success of recruitment department.

  1. Provides sourcing, pipelining and screening support to the recruitment team.
  2. Reviews resumes, administers remote and on-site assessments and forwards qualified candidates to the appropriate Recruiter.
  3. Makes travel reservations for candidates’ interviews and co-ordinates all onsite interviews
  4. Updates recruiting reports with real time and accurate data using MS Excel.
  5. Serves as the point of contact for external partners/vendors cold calls
  6. Acts as Applicant Tracking System Administrator for Global Recruitment Team
  7. Audits applicant tracking system to ensure for data accuracy. Coordinates with recruiters on a daily basis in order to achieve that.
  8. Completes background checks for selected candidates
  9. Makes offer letters and completes new hire paperwork for selected candidate.
  10. Co-ordinates with recruiters, HMs and finance for all new hires on-boarding paperwork and process
  11. Performs other duties and projects as assigned

 





Skills/Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required

Work Experience

Typically requires no previous professional experience. Typical range of experience is 0-2 years.

Knowledge

  • Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Working knowledge and efficiency in MS Excel

Skills and Abilities

  • Have the ability to learn sourcing techniques in job portals and applicant tracking system
  • Demonstrated aptitude to understand given job description and source relevant profiles
  • Must have the ability to follow through instructions
  • Be a team player with high ethics
