Reporting to the Global Director of Recruiting, this position is responsible for identifying top tier talent for key divisions across the United States. As a senior recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers to learn their business, understand their hiring need(s), and design and execute innovative direct sourcing strategies to engage and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and hiring.
Facilitate high quality recruiting strategy meetings. Identify strategies and opportunities to meet short and long term business objectives. Create and execute a plan for each client need.
Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates
Drive results, ensuring that staffing activity is meeting/exceeding company’s requirements.
Continually network with internal and external talent to build a proactive pipeline.
Participate in the succession planning process to develop appropriate recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment process and assessment tools. Research alternatives and provide suggestions/alternatives.
Participate in Talent Acquisition related projects in either a team member capacity as the subject matter expert, or as a lead on projects with a medium to large scope/budget.
Skills/Requirements
BA/BS degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field
5+ years overall recruiting experience in both corporate full-cycle recruitment & agency
Experience leveraging social media to source and attract talent
Proven success with directly engaging & hiring A+ Talent
Behavioral based interview experience desired
Highly motivated, results driven and able to work independently as well as with the team
High commitment to customer service to internal and external clients
