Required Skills: The successful candidate will have basic painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair skills.  Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. A valid Driver’s License with your own vehicle and the ability to participate in emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal are also required.

Preferred Skills: Previous experience in apartment maintenance and Yardi is preferred.
