POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for key project deliverables while managing project scope, budget and timeline. The PM is responsible for reviewing and reporting on the overall program as well as individual project work plans. The PM will also have the responsibility for reporting on status of project activities, milestones, and deliverables. Early identification of risks and mitigations, managing issues and reporting status are key factors for success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages day to day project schedule, resourcing, risk trackers, schedules, and performance commitments in fulfilling program, project, or system objectives.

Coordinates creation, maintenance, and tracking of Project Schedules

Drives near term tasks

Coordinates identification, mitigation, and tracking of Project Risks

Coordinates Project Scope Management process

Owns development of Project Management Plan

Owns action tracking
-
Coordinates weekly meetings, minutes, presentations & provides detailed management updates

Ensures that work performed on an assigned program meets cost, schedule, technical performance, customer requirements and management requirements relative to technical performance in accordance with the product development process SOPs

Promotes teamwork within the program.
